Cue Community and Visitor Centre

ADDRESS: 72 Austin Street, Cue WA

AWARDS: Winner of the Gerry Gauntlett Award and Adaptive Reuse category in the WA Heritage Awards 2018.

PROJECT: Creative Spaces collaborated with Suzanne Hunt Architect and Stephen Carrick Architects on the transformation of the Old Cue Post Office into a new Community and Visitor Centre. Interpretive graphic panels, exterior signage and way-finding were part of the suite of work developed to enhance the restoration project. An interactive element was created with original post boxes salvaged from the building, and behind the doors of each, visitors can discover the story of Cue.

A big thank you to Daniel Scarparolo and The Factory for all their hard work on the project too.
